FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
Do You Sell Aftercare or Numbing Products?
Yes! Not to toot my own horn too much but my aftercare is the best.
My natural tattoo aftercare line is available to purchase in the studio, in tin or stick form. Check my social media for more information. I can also ship some right to you - just send me a message.
Numbing cream can also be purchased through me prior to your appointment.

Let's talk about payments.
Payments should be paid by cash when at all possible. Remember to bring cash with you to your appointment.
All tattoos are a pre-arranged price, set and agreed to before your appointment time. Payments are due at the end of your tattoo session.
Depending on the number of sessions required for your tattoo, payments may be split up accordingly. You MUST discuss this with me ahead of time.
I can't make my appointment! Help!
Sometimes life happens and I try to be understanding of that. You must give at least 24 hours notice if you can no longer make your appointment. If you no call-no show, and want to re-book, a non-refundable $50 deposit will be required. No exceptions.
Do you tattoo minors?
I do not tattoo anyone under the age of 18.
I may require you to show your ID during your initial consultation and/or when you arrive for your appointment. Please bring it with you.
Does it hurt?
The general and honest answer would be yes. However, how much pain depends on your personal pain tolerance. Expect a sting. If it's your first tattoo, maybe get a smaller one to start.

Numbing cream isn't a bad thing, but it usually wears off quicker than your tattoo will take, so I don't often recommend it.
Do you charge for drawing time?
Tattoos are provided at a flat rate.

Additional drawing time may be necessary depending on quality of reference submitted, or number of revisions requested.
How much is appropriate to tip?
Best practice is 15% of the total amount, just as though you would tip your hairdresser or bartender. Although giving your artist a tip is not required, it is something that most artists appreciate, and it let's us know you're happy with the work . In the end it's up to you, and not everyone has the means, so be kind and tip appropriately if you can.
Do you do Cover-Ups?
I have done many successful cover-ups for folks in the past. Whether or not I can cover up your tattoo is a special circumstance, so I will have to see it beforehand. I do love a challenge.
Will you do Touch-Ups?
Yes, at my discretion. Touchups start at $40, and are subject to higher rate if I come to the conclusion that you were negligent in your aftercare.
Health and Safety
If you're lightly unwell please be courteous and wear a mask to your appointment. If you are actively sick, ie. coughing/sneezing/feverish, please contact me to reschedule. Your health AND my health are important. I reserve the right to terminate your appointment at any time if I feel unsafe or uncomfortable.
Do you make home visits?
I do not tattoo in people's homes. All tattoo work is done at my sanitized, professional studio.
Can I take a little something before my appointment?
No. And there are a few reasons for this:
1). If I cannot be sure you are in a consensual state of mind during this appointment then I will not be tattooing you.
2). Alcohol can cause you to bleed more during your session, be more painful, or make the tattoo not heal properly.
3). Cannabis does not help with the pain. It can actually make it hurt more. If you are worried about the pain, you can take Tylenol. No aspirin, or ibuprofen.

Do not consume alcohol 24 hours prior to your appointment.
Do not smoke cannabis before or during your tattoo.

If you are obviously high or intoxicated, or I suspect you are high or intoxicated you will be asked to leave the studio.
